Call (515) 224-8181 - 24 Hours/ 7 Days a Week

FOR AUTOMATED ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Press 1 - Enter account number followed by the pound sign (#).

If it is a……

  • Checking or Money Market, press 1
  • Savings, press 2
  • Certificate of Deposit, press 3
  • Loan, press 4
  • To return to the Main Menu….press 9

 Enter your Telebank personal ID Number (last 4 digits of social security number), followed by the pound sign (#).

Your Telebank Options

Option 1 - Account Inquiries

For Checking info…..Press 1.

  • Current balance & last deposit, press 1
  • Most recent transactions, press 2
  • To see if a specific check has cleared, press 3
  • Interest Information, press 4
  • Go back to Main Menu, press 9

For Savings info…..Press 2.

  • Current balance & last deposit, press 1
  • Most recent transactions, press 2
  • Interest information, press 3
  • Go back to Main Menu, press 9

 For Certificate of Deposit info…..Press 3.

  • Current balance, press 1
  • Interest information, press 2
  • Go back to Main Menu, press 9

For Loan info…..Press 4.

  • Payment Information, press 1
  • Interest information, press 2
  • Return to the Main Menu, press 9

 

Option 2 - Funds Transfer

To, transfer from…..

  • Checking/Money Market to Checking/Money Market, press 1
  • Checking/Money Market to Savings, press 2
  • Savings to Checking/Money Market, press 3
  • Savings to Savings, press 4
  • Enter the amount you would like to transfer followed by the pound sign (#)
  • If correct, press 1
  • To re-enter, press 2
  • To cancel & return to the Main Menu, press 9

 

Option 3 - Make a Loan Payment

To make a payment from…..

  • Checking/Money Market, press 1
  • Savings, press 2
  • Return to Main Menu, press 9
  • Enter Loan number followed by the pound sign
  • Enter amount of payment followed by the pound sign
  • If correct, press 1
  • To re-enter, press 2
  • Return to Loan payment menu, press 9

 

Option 4 - Change your Telebank Personal Identification Number

Enter new ID number followed by the pound sign (minimum of 4 digits, maximum of 7).

  • If correct, press 1
  • To re-enter, press 2
  • To return without changing, press 9
  • Press 9 to return to the Main Menu
