CSB customers have notified the Bank that they have received automated and live telephone calls requesting debit card/account information. These calls are not being made by Community State Bank. They are a fraudulent attempt to obtain account information. CSB does not request personal information by phone, such as social security number.

Customers should not provide any account or personal information over the phone. If you have responded to one of these calls, please contact CSB Customer Care immediately at 515-331-3100.
