As a valued customer of Community State Bank, N.A., its associate CSB Financial Consulting Group, and its affiliate CSB Insurance Group, respecting your privacy and the protection of your personal information is very important to us.  This notice provides you with our privacy policy and practices with respect to disclosure of nonpublic personal information about you.  It also describes the types of information we collect, how the information is used, and how we protect that information.

We may also disclose nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties as permitted by law.

If you are no longer a customer

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law.

Security of your information

We restrict access to information about you to our employees who need to know the information in order to provide products or services to you.  We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your information.

Your choice to limit marketing

Federal law gives you the right to limit some, but not all, marketing from Community State Bank, N.A. and its affiliate, CSB Insurance Group.  Federal law also requires us to give you this notice to tell you about your choice to limit marketing from affiliates.

You may limit the Bank and its affiliate, CSB Insurance Group, from marketing their products or services to you based on your personal information that they receive from the Bank.  This information may include your application information, such as your income, your credit history or payment history.

Your choice to limit marketing offers from CSB Insurance Group will apply as long as you have an account relationship with the Bank. 

Marketing opt-out

To limit marketing offers, please notify us in writing within 30 days of this notice, and include the following information: Your name(s), address, social security number(s), and account number(s). Your notification should be sent to: Community State Bank, N.A., Attn: Consumer Operations, 817 N. Ankeny Blvd., Ankeny, IA 50023.
