Community State Bank, N.A. ("CSB") joins other financial institutions and businesses in protecting the rights and well being of children. 

Accordingly, CSB does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13, or target children for collecting information through our website. However, we do use "cookies" that collect the browser and IP address of computers used to access our website. This information is not attributable to an individual and is aggregated with information from other website users in order to determine possible system upgrades or monitor website usage.
 
We also do not condition a child's participation in an activity upon the disclosure of more personal information than is reasonably necessary to participate in an activity.

In the unlikely event that personally identifiable information is inadvertently received from a user under the age of 13, the information will be deleted from the Bank's records.

Our privacy policy strictly complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.
