Gene Chizik Commemorative Coin
This promotion was designed to make a unique impression in a competitive marketplace. From July-December, 2007, CSB marketed a $15 limited-edition coin honoring ISU’s new football coach. As a result of the multi-media efforts, more than 1200 coins were sold, and extensive local and nationwide media coverage was received.
CSB Television Commercials
Three commercials were created to reinforce the bank’s unique brand image. All were scripted internally and produced locally using CSB employees as talent. “Generations” focuses on CSB’s history as a reliable community bank for generations. “Redefining Simple” highlights CSB’s extended hours and convenient services that support its tagline. “Trusted Friend” features a dog as a symbol for CSB as a loyal, trusted friend.
Iowa-owned Community State Bank is a full-service financial institution, offering banking, mortgage, insurance and financial solutions at ten convenient metro locations. To find out how Community State Bank is Redefining SimpleTM, visit www.bankCSB.com.
The Iowa Bankers Association is the statewide trade association representing commercial banks and thrifts. The association provides its members with assistance in government relations, communications, marketing, regulatory compliance and education.
