No surprises at closing on the amount of costs involved. At CSB, they won’t be more than $990. Mortgage closing costs can range anywhere from $1200 - $3000 or more depending on the closing procedures. When you’re looking at so many things you need to purchase for your new home, the last thing you want to do is pay those kinds of fees on your mortgage.

*15 & 30 Year Conventional Rates - The annual percentage rate (APR) is based on a loan amount of $100,000 with a 20% down payment, a 1% origination fee and customary closing costs. Monthly payment for a 15 year loan would be $837.12 (principal and interest). Monthly payment for a 30-year loan would be $623.87 (principal and interest). Rates are subject to change until lock-in. Closing Costs - $990 maximum closing costs when allowed. Prepaid interest, homeowner’s insurance, escrow funds and origination fees (if applicable) are in addition to the closing costs. VA and IFA loans are not eligible for this offer. Primary residence only.
