Job Descriptions
32-Hour Personal Banker
The Personal Banker is primarily responsible for "meeting or exceeding customer expectations" by offering Bank products/services to existing and potential customers. Listen, identify, and consult with customers on their changing financial needs. Maintain excellent knowledge of all Bank products and services. Ability to engage in consultative financial analysis of customer needs, identify those needs and develop creative, workable solutions. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to operate a computer and knowledge of various software applications, like Word, Excel, and FISERV/ITI applications. Completion of a Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. Credit life and disability insurance license within six months of employment. Prior bank, customer service, or retail experience required or a combination of education and experience. Regular working hours are 7:45am-6:15pm Monday-Friday and a rotating shift on Saturday 7:45am – 12:15pm is required.
32 HR Teller
The primary responsibility of this position is to conduct financial transactions between customers and the Bank. Tellers handle routine customer inquiries and problems. Duties include, but are not limited to providing prompt, courteous, and excellent service to internal and external customers at all times. This includes an obligation to actively cooperate and interact with other departments and facilities. Maintain a strong professional demeanor. Ability to operate a computer and knowledge of various software applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must. High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years previous bank teller and/or cash handling/customer service experience preferred. Regular working hours are 7:15am-6:15pm Monday-Friday and a rotating shift on Saturday 7:45am – 12:15pm is required. Hours for this position will vary within the shift times listed.
Teller

Marketing Assistant
The Marketing Assistant will assist in the marketing activities of the bank. This includes providing marketing assistance for all areas of the bank. Manage mailing lists; tracking and managing mailing projects and results. Assist in preparation and implementation of CSB-sponsored events. In-depth knowledge of data based marketing. . Manage and maintain company intranet and internet sites – must have Dreamweaver, HTML and other web application experience. Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite; Quark XPress; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Previous experience in graphic design and coordination of print production, and managing multiple mailing projects. Education: Bachelor’s Degree required. Ideal candidate will have minimum 3+ years of related experience.
