Job Descriptions
20-25 HR Teller
The primary responsibility of this position is to conduct financial transactions between customers and the Bank. Tellers handle routine customer inquiries and problems. Duties include, but are not limited to providing prompt, courteous, and excellent service to internal and external customers at all times. Ability to operate a computer and knowledge of various software applications, like Premier II, PII Teller would be helpful. Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must. High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years previous bank teller and/or cash handling/customer service experience preferred. Regular working hours are 7:15am-6:15pm Monday-Friday; a rotating shift on Saturday 7:45am – 12:15pm is required.
FT Teller

Digital Imaging Manager
The Digital Imaging Manager is primarily responsible for managing and supervising the Imaging Department. This position will ensure efficient operation, appropriate staffing, and prompt customer service of the imaging department. They will train imaging and other operations staff. Manage special projects. Assist operations and bank team with all imaging questions and situations, troubleshooting technological questions and researching where necessary. Research and respond to inquiries and requests from bank staff regarding the entire imaging process, while following established policies and procedures. Manage and regulate off site storage of bank documents, including collection, transport and destruction of records. Review and implement new technology as needed. Disseminate information for technological review. Knowledge of various software applications, like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Indexing Systems. Capable of exercising discretion, applying common sense, and using independent judgment. Ability to manage and maintain confidential information. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including imaging, proofreading, and editing abilities. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 2 years prior management experience. Prior digital imaging experience preferred.
